Thom Dillon has been writing in various forms for more than 30 years. A constant fixture in the media world, he spent 20 years as an actor performing in more than 50 film, television and stage productions, including numerous appearances in Touched By An Angel and Walker, Texas Ranger. The Omaha native also worked for the ABC affiliate in Salt Lake City as a reporter and anchor before accepting a posititon as speechwriter and media director for the mayor of Salt Lake City from 1991 – 1996. Devoted to the idea of Public Television, Dillon wrote, produced and directed dozens of documentaries and other programs for South Dakota Public Television, which led him to create his own production company, Vision Communications. Now residing in New Jersey, he works as a freelance television producer. He has three grown children – an actor, a singer and a ski bum.
